Finding your way to Whitewater Rafting Adventures is pretty easy regardless of where you are coming from. Below we have provided a few general locations to help you get started. However, before you get on the road we’d like to offer a few words of advice:
- Public Transportation such as Ubers & Taxis are limited in our area so please plan ahead. Many guests can find a ride service to our Adventure Center, but then can not find a ride home at the end of their trip
- The directions and the travel times provided below are approximations. Generally they are very accurate but weather and road conditions can significantly impact the times so plan ahead for both.
- If directions from your location are not provided below or you would like to get custom directions from your specific location please use our custom direction generator below. We do not recommend using MapQuest because we have had numerous guests sent significantly out of their way (aka lost) using them.
- For those of you who prefer trusting your in-car or handheld GPS units you can find our coordinates below.

Take interstate 81 North To exit 131 A (Hometown). Follow 54 East to Nesquehoning about 16 miles. At the junction of 209 bear to the Left onto 209 North. Go 1.7 miles through Nesquehoning. Make a Left onto 93 North. Go 200 feet and make a Left into our driveway.

Take interstate 81 South to exit 141. Make a left onto 424 East. Travel about 7 miles until you reach the junction of 93 South for aprox 12 miles. WRA is at the bottom of the hill on the right before the junction of 209. Or if taking the turnpike, Take Route 476 south to exit 74 and follow 209 South for 10 miles. Make a right on 93 North. Go 200 feet and make a left into our driveway.

Take I- 80 East to exit 256 (Conningham) Take 93 South. Go a couple miles and take 81 South to exit 141. Make a Left onto route 424 (The Hazleton Beltway) for aprox 8 miles. Take 93 South for 12 miles. WRA is on the Right at the bottom of the ill before the junction of 209.

Northeast extension Pa Turnpike 476 North to exit 74 (Mahoning Valley exit). Take 209 South 10 miles to Lehighton and Jim Thorpe. Continue through Jim Thorpe to Nesquehoning on 209 South. Make right turn onto 93 North.
